Gregory A. Samms, Esq.

Attorney Gregory A. Samms is a litigation specialist in both civil and criminal matters. For more than 30 years, Mr. Samms has specialized in litigation in both Federal and State Courts. Mr. Samms' civil litigation in federal courts has concentrated on the abuse of power by municipal employees against members of the public. Mr. Samms has had successful outcomes against Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami and the City of Miami Beach, among others. He also litigates extensively in federal criminal court, handling white collar defense and other serious criminal cases, such as drug importation. Mr. Samms also practices in the area of personal injury, including auto accidents, products liability, slip and falls and wrongful death.

Mr. Samms also litigates in Federal and State Appellate Courts. He has argued numerous cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, as well as before the 3rd District Court of Appeals in Miami Dade County. Mr. Samms is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Virgin Islands. Mr. Samms is a member of the Florida and Virgin Islands Bar.

Mr. Samms is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Miami School of Law.
